Layle K. "Kip" Smith
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Smith was appointed President, CEO, and director in 2008. He is a thirty-year veteran of specialty and commodity industrial products companies. Mr. Smith started his career in 1977 with The Dow Chemical Company, enjoying nearly a twenty year career that included international, financial and general management assignments, as well as general management of two of Dow's key businesses. He left Dow to join the high-tech side of the power business and thereafter joined Resolution Performance Products, an Apollo portfolio company that is now part of Hexion Specialty Chemicals. Mr. Smith holds a B.A. of Chemistry and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Kyle D. Lorentzen
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Lorentzen was appointed Chief Operating Officer in May 2008. He also served as interim Chief Financial Officer from October 2008 to May 2009. He was the Vice President of Corporate Development with Berry Plastics Corporation from April 2007 to May 2008. From February 2007 to April 2007, he was the Vice President of Strategic Development for Covalence Specialty Materials, until it merged under common Apollo control with Berry Plastics Corporation. From May 2005 to February 2007, Mr. Lorentzen was the Vice President of Finance for Hexion's Epoxy and Phenolics Division. From May 1999 to May 2005, he served as the Director of Finance at Borden Chemical, an Apollo portfolio company that merged under common Apollo control to form Hexion in May 2005. Mr. Lorentzen holds a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts.

Robert B. Mahoney
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Mahoney was appointed Chief Financial Officer in May 2009. He was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Hi-P International Limited in Shanghai China, a publicly traded (SGX) supplier of plastic injection components and stamped parts. From 1995 to 2007 Mr. Mahoney was employed by Molex Inc. in a number of operating and financial positions. He was Chief Financial Officer of Molex from 1996 through 2003. Mr. Mahoney received a BA in Economics and History from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Michigan.

Alan Brown
Vice President - Human Resources
Mr. Brown was appointed to his current position in 1992. He also served as General Counsel of Noranda from June 2007 to August 2009. His previous assignments were V.P. Human Resources, Beazer East, Director Compensation and Benefits, Koppers Co., and Staff VP, Allegheny Int., all of Pennsylvania. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William and Mary, a Juris Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University and is a member of the Ohio bar.

Keith Gregston
President & General Manager - New Madrid
Mr. Gregston is the President and General Manager of the New Madrid Plant. Mr. Gregston holds a BS of Metallurgical Engineering from University of Kentucky and an Executive MBA from University of Michigan. His previous assignments included Director of Operations

Scott Croft
President - Rolling Mills
Mr. Croft is the President of the Rolling Mills division. Mr. Croft holds a BS of Metallurgical Engineering from University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Syracuse University. His previous assignments included Site Manager for Huntingdon, Plant Manager for Salisbury and Director of Foil Operations
